Are you a night owl?
Nowadays,keeping late hours is a common phenomenon among students .Though most of students like to do that,it is harmful to our physical and mental health.
First of all,staying up late can damage your body,especially keeping awaking the whole night,causing illness easily.And if you do not get enough sleep,it makes black rim of the eyes,which is not beautiful you know.There was a time when I stay up late every day,sometimes even all night,but later the problems start to appear.I was easy to catch cold with headache.It is not a good example,isn’t it?
What is more,we do not have energy to deal with work and study the next day.So we tend to doze off during the class,which teachers are not willing to see.
Last but not least,it is difficult for us to wake up early if we stay up late.This morning,I turned off my alarm clock at 7 am.,just wanting to sleep one more minute.But when next I awoke,it was 8!!!!!
I did not go to bed until 11:45 last night.So you can image how I am disappointed and self-blamed......
If we can get up early ,we may make our daily study plan.Everything is arranged well without confusion.We can also have a good mood.
Above all,please keep early hours if you are not in an
emergency..........................................................................................................
